KM 75.1: Another problem ... Google

Could somebody test this?
It is just an example, maybe reproducible ...

Search in Google for
autohotkey filemove

The first link will probably refer to
FileMove - AutoHotkey
https://autohotkey.com/docs/.../FileMove.htm

Click this first link.
When I do this, a long URL string appears in the status bar, but no page is opened!!!
With Shift+Click the page is corretly opened in a new window!!!

The same happens (sometimes?) with the 2nd and 3th link, but not with further links. I see this problem since installing KM 75.1 (Portable). I am not sure if it is associated only to specific search strings.

In KM 45 everything works fine!

this one works for me.

But I've met another Google-glitch: sometime an attempt to open an image search result fails with opening and immediate autoclosing new tab with the linked page or image itself.

Thank you very much, rodocop, but could you recheck this:

I see now that this problem is associated with https sites only, it does not apper with http urls.

On my PC (KM 75.1, Windows 10) this is totaly reproducible: At the moment I can open such Google search links only in a new window (or new tab), as described.

UPDATE:

RESOLVED: definitely a setting/profile issue.

However, my profile shows this problem only in KM 75.1, not in KM 74. So there seems to be a connection to an internal KM issue too.

And: Unfortunately I was not able to identify which individual setting causes such a problem, so I was forced to make a new profile.
