After upgrading to 75.1:
When downloading a file, the download-progress window is not displayed (as it was before), i.e. it is minimalized to the taskbar.
A setting issue?

In Preferences > Browsing > File Handling, there is an option to make that minimized. It is right in the middle of the page.
