There is a button "Attach image" (for "Icon (optional)" which should open a file selection dialog window. But doesn't in K-meleon.

If you click on add more, in the new box, it works, and the next boxes by add more too. You can remove the #1 box later.
May look a web bug, instead a browser bug, at least in my side, as Firefox does the same, but I left others confirm this, as I only can test until GRE 31.x engine.
The button works e.g. in Edge (Windows 10) or in Chrome 49!
A web designer is supposed to check his page with the most common html/js engines.
Some do some do not.
p.s. The browsers You mention have different HTML and JavaScript engines.
As per Bug guidelines we check with a Firefox not a Chrome or Edge browser when we want to talk about a bug.
Works with FF Nightly but does not work with T-Online Browser 7 based on FF 42.
