When I run KM, the whole screen turns white. Anyone seen this happen?
Can't find the version and can't remember it.
Not really.
You're the one who had all sorts of strange probs in the past already, like history not working etc.? Where the reason turned out that Windows secretly redirects portable profile writing actions in some other folder, while read attempts are still inside KM?
The version can best be determined by looking at the date of kmeleon.exe
If all else fails, I'd make a backup copy of the profile folders (in both places) and the whole KM program folder, then uninstall and re-install it completely new, the setup-version, without the "profile.ini" file inside. Afterwards copy back customized settings into the new profile folders.
Press the F2 key. The preferences panel should appear.
Do you mean 'the whole screen' as the page display area, or 'the whole screen' as the entire KM window?
I have just come across a site where the page display area was white. I was running with JS disabled. I enabled JS and did a forced reload. I was then able to see the page displayed properly.
