Browser sizing

Hello! I am using version 75. Have never used K-Meleon before. My problem is simple: I can find no way to minimize the browser window. There are no minimize/maximize buttons, or File/View menu selection to do this. What am I missing?

I also had this problem, but it's is easily fixed:
Preferences... GUI appearance... uncheck "Hide Kmeleon app title bar".
I hope this will help you in some way! smiling smiley

Hi, wondering why you use such an old version? Perhaps stuck on Win2000 or such?
Currently KM76RC2 is the latest (RC=between beta and final, this is a lot less buggy especially with FF addons compared to older KM versions)
Or the previous "stable" was KM75.1:

For toggling window size:
If the Win task bar is visible, one can right-click on the KM tab.

JG ah interesting, so the title bar is off by default?

Alternatively, yet another possibility, for saving screen-space (title bar off, taskbar off): Create an own toolbar for the window buttons:

Thanks for your reply. Yes, apparently the title bar is off by default. J.G. was correct.
Actually, I'm running Win7 Pro, and I have KM75.1. Didn't know about KM76RC2 --- I'll give it a try, if I can get it in portable format.

so the title bar is off by default?

It isn't hardcoded as is.

Not in 75.0 nor in 75.1 but... what can I tell?

The 7z versions are all portable, they contain an empty file "profile.ini" which tells KM to look for profiles inside own program folder (more or less "portable", windows itself writes some default registry stuff but not KM itself)

PS: if you sign up for an account own posts become editable
