I can not get my attahcments to download to anything. I noticed a red bar across a symbal in the lower right hand corner and the address bar goes read. Anyone know a solution? Thanks DeMO

I think that I have understood finally what you meant: you can't download attachment files from your online mail account to your hard disk. :s

If so, just try with:

Please, provide more info about your mail site.
What you describe looks like popup window blockage (icon in bottom right) and mixed secure and insecure contents (red address bar). The latter isn't bad - this is just normal thing for a number of sites and using scenarios.

But the former shows that you miss something due to new tab (window) not open. Try disable popup blocking (just press F8 key) and retry attachment procedure.
