je suis en train de tester K-Meleon 76.0
je le trouve très rapide et interessant à utiliser
mais après avoir lu et relu la doc, je bloques sur certains points :

- Est-il possible d'importer des bookmarks enregistrés dans firefox au format .html, et de garder l'arborescence des dossiers comme dans firefox ?

- Si oui, est-il possible ensuite d'enregistrer une page dans cette arborescence ?

- Est-il possible d'exporter les favoris au format .html ?

- Peut-on ouvrir tous les liens (liens favoris, lien des pages,...) systématiquement dans un nouvel onglet ?

for some who are interrested
i managed to solve some my questions
first I installed the "Extension Manager" found in plugins site
next i installed within the plugin "Extension manager" 2 newer plugins:
- KMBimporterNT.7z
- bookmarksbackup.7z
So it's possible import modify and save bookmarks

but i didn't manage to configure K-Meleon in opening links in new tab by default !
if someone know a solution, i'm still interesting...

There are really no additional plugins and extensions necessary for bookmarks.html
- either right-click the bookmarks button for a menu and Options,
- OR use F2>Netscape Bookmarks

For links in pages:
F2 > Browsing > Window Diversion
and
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/wiki/FAQ&switchlang=en
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/wiki/FAQ#mouseaccels

Attention: the prob is, the documentation, homepage, wiki are very, very old, and partly wrong now. Especially the non-english version!

because it seems to be unactive (grey) ?
is there something to do ?

Page Properties Diversion are activated again in KM 76 Pro build from my sig (also many other minor bugs are fixed)

BUT these option have nothing to do with opening links. They just manage opening of Links, Images and Linked Images collected from currently opened page - special pages from View menu.

What you really need is to know:
- right-click on Bookmark opens it in new tab
- CTRL+click on link opens it in new tab
- Preferences - Browsing - General: Typed URLs - check In a new tab - Voila! for all URLs what you input in URLbar.

There isn't an option to FORCE opening in new tab for EVERY link.
