Where does KM get the list of issurers for certificates? Everytime I set up a new KM, the first time I attempt to use the Veterans Administration site I get stopped because of an "Uknown Issurer" message. I do an execption and continue. I just don't know why I have to do so.
I don't know where are the certificates stored. Some file in omni.ja I can't find.
But for your exact issue, you need to carry from profile to profile, the cert_override.txt file. There are the exceptions.
You can import the certificate from here (save the text to a .pem file and import) (they will import to cert8.db):
