You may have more than one version of K-Meleon open at once by using a 'command line option'. Below is the command line in a desktop shortcut to one of the versions of K-Meleon on my system. The command line option used is '-new'.
"C:\Program Files\K-Meleon751_RC\k-meleon.exe" -new
Sorry for English but my only class in French was more than a half century ago.
