Does K-Meleon have its own task manager, or any other way of seeing how much memory each individual tab that is open is using?

you can use engine's inbuilt page about:memory, but keep in mind that it doesn't measure chrome-related (taken by GUI itself) ram use.
Unlikely. K-Meleon has no Tabs from Chrome its GUI is native Windows and native K-Meleon.

Maybe the addon Tab Memory Usage could be adapted to work in K-Meleon (at least in Pale Moon the 0.2.2 version works installing it with Moon Tester Tool).Quote
