I've tried standard k-m and goanna but often recent additions do not appear.

Both, K-Meleon 76RC2 and K-Meleon Goanna are displaying "Giles Martin-This Week’s Podcast" and "Fauda" as the last two most recent topics.
Can't tell what's going wrong at your side.

Blog has updated for k-m now, haven't a clue why it doesn't sometimes, it is an
intermittent thing.
