i've hidden the main menu, and i can no longer get 'toolbars' menu on right-click.
THX
ALT + V for view menu, where you can control toolbars.
ALT + F for File, ALT + E for Edit, ALT + T for Tools, ALT + B for Bookmarks, ALT + H for Help, ALT + S for Sessions and... I don't think I'm missing any default.
(By the way, as many other programs; almost all them (in english, at least) they share at least the File, Edit and View menus)

And another possibility, shows a list of all toolbars:
about:config?filter=visibility
