my fvorite email account on tutanota.com has gone.
It says use a supported browser....
KM 75.1 and KM Guonna latest release both are unable to display tutanota.com site.
The site did some upgrade and splash!

What should I do? only to ask here to upgrade/fix/patch.. my fav KM./
Please check https://mail.tutanota.com/

@ Dorian and @roytam1 : Please don't leave us desperate.

I had to download firefox to see my inbox, alas.

I tried the instructions given by hermes regarding UA
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?1,148118

But no success.

I have tutanota working in latest Goanna with UA-string
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0
(any current UA should work, I think)

Only data storage option doesn't work thus the search isn't available there.

Oh,
moreover!

Search doesn't work in Hybrid KM (Goanna-over-Pro). But in default fresh Goanna tutanota works with default UA and search enabled!

Interesting...
But the engine capabilities must be exactly the same. Only some default prefs probably different, some additional macros installed, and of course the hardcoded addons can crossfire - ABP always a hot candidate. Could well be, considering the Tutanota website is extremely demanding for all sorts of intrusive spying rights. I cannot even get their register-page to show up anymore, even after opening them all my usually closed protection doors (not just JS, also 3rd-party JS, Ajax etc. - still not enough to even see *anything* on that page)
Regarding UA, in theory the default one should be identic too in both browser builds, if the compat settings are matching too. Perhaps verify by using my macro and "View current UA string"?

Thanks for kind replies

yesterday I tried with KM Goanna and KM 76 RC2 with the following UA

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

but failed to go beyond login page. Also tried with some other UA strings, no success.

TODAY while I am reading your posts I just gave another try and my inbox @ tutanota opens without any "update browser" message? I didn't check anything other so far, but I am happy and confused. May be its because I had my PC shut down and cookies cleared (I have set a startup batch file which clears all cookies and copy my backuped cookie.sqlite and makes backups of all profiles)
Its KM Goanna with UA: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

I try with KM 75.1 and 76R2 again, both failed with any UA an ABP disabled.
I am checking tutanota other stuff now.

As Siria mentioned ABP, I just get another thought, I have ExePermission and there are more than a thousand entries in permission.sqlite, may be something there but the same permission.sqlite is in KM Goanna 3.4.2 (Build 20181117)
Going to check tutanota now and will soon post again.

I am so thankful for your support, as this community always does.

...Only some default prefs probably different...

Not neccessarily related to tutanota.com, KM75 and KM74 (74G-Goanna) aren't supporting template strings (some sort of scripting) that I could quickly find to enable, according to online testing html5test.

Doubt the following is related to tutanota.com; but, more differences:
A. KM74 (74G-Goanna) has canvas.focusring.enabled=true (2D graphic). But,
it's not enabled according to online testing (html5test)

B. KM75 and KM74 aren't supporting DOMs; such as:
dom.Fetch.enabled
dom.image.picture.enabled
dom.image.srcset.enabled

i wonder if DOMs are supported in KM76 & greater

KM76 & KM77:
Both have dom.Fetch.enabled; but not enabled by default and only worked at a website with KM77. dom.image.picture.enabled and dom.image.srcset.enabled: Both enabled by default and working according to html5test.com

I confirm this. Last time I checked with KM-76RC was I think the beta version.

But the latest KM76RC2 works flawlessly on tutanota and amazingly fast. Firefox 52 esr portable is very slow on tutanota and on many other sites. KM is blazing fast. So I think the problem has fixed as long as I use KM76RC2.

P.S. KM-Goanna latest version also works on tutanota now with a warning message about search database

I have tried to download KM76 (using KM75.1), but I get this error:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to my.powerfolder.com. Peer reports incompatible or unsupported protocol version. (Error code: ssl_error_protocol_version_alert)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

From "powerfolder" means you tried to download one of rodocops versions.
All the stuff he hosts there has become completely inaccessible for me too since a short while sad smiley
Probably requiring now latest TLS1.3 or something.

You can download instead the latest weekly KM version by roytam1 (not "KM Pro" version) here:
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,148500,150558#msg-150558

If then you want to try rodocops PRO version too, download it using KMG76.2
