Display = Netscape?

Since it shares the same "heart", does it display pages the same way?

that is... I design pages, so... can I just test them in K-Meleon and assume they will look the same in Netscape 6.x?

Thanks.

I'm not a programmer but that is my assumption. Other than the "netscape evangelism" page I have not had any problems.

Since Netscape 6.x uses the Mozilla rendering engine, as does Beonex Communicator and Galeon and K-Meleon, you can test pages in any one of them to ensure complete compatability with the rest.

K-Meleon is good if you need to use sites that are untrustworthy and likely to exploit Internet Explorer, or to test pages with the Mozilla (Gecko) rendering engine.

I too am a web developer, but I do most of my regular browsing with K-Meleon too, since it lets me use Outlook as the mail client and loads pages faster than IE (very big grin).
