title bar missing

Hi

Installed Kmeleon on 3 computers. Could not display the title bar on one. Tried reinstalling and mirroring the settings. Could not find where to enable it. All are Windows 10. Would appreciate any help/suggestion. Thanks and best regards, peng

1) F2 (Menu: Edit - Preferences)

uncheck the box shown (image clickable)

2) another way:
Edit - Configuration - Browser Configuration
find and toggle (by double-click) pref kmeleon.display.hideTitleBar to false (if true)
