just get a blank page.

Using recent Goanna 76 version.
Tried a couple of UA overrides to no avail.
It loads fine on K-meleon 75.0, that has older engine.
Might be something else. CSS or script block? Have in mind that europa.eu site requests, mostly, to have JS enabled or it will display a blank page. Sometimes even requires a renowned browser (user agent) in subsites like intellectual property site or server will just interrupt the connection and make K-meleon show an error.

Strange - it only appears to be that url not working in k-m, whereas it opens in chrome.
Rest of site seems fine.
