Shortcuts inside webpage in KM

If a displayed webpage contains shortcuts like (C)ontinue, in IE Alt+ShortcutLetter (Alt+c) is to be used. I found an info that in Firefox Alt+Shift is to be used.

How to use such shortcuts in KM?
