Tried a bunch of browsers, stopped on this one. All set up, the appearance of a personalized. What I don't understand is the following:
When you open a new tab opens a page with a search from Yandex. How do I change it? All tried. Please help me to solve this problem.

What version did you download (or are you using) and where from?
Anyway, you can change that behaviour from preference panel. If you are not using a custom version from elsewhere..., you can access it through F2 key.
Which browser do you use?? Everything can be changed in the settings in the upper right corner
