when i right-click on a Bookmarks toolbar (or Bookmarks menu) item it opens in a new tab (just as i want it, much better than SHIFT+left click in Opera!). but the focus remains on the previous tab. any way to change it to the current one?

And what happens on left click? Did you know that there is a bookmarks preferences dialog?
set Netscape Bookmark Plugin: Right button --> open in next tab
my bad, thought it was left OR right button choice only :-)
