I could access my mail.com account up until a week ago.
By then, when I input my password, I can reach the next page but it is freezed (just white). No emails appear, no buttons responding.
I can enter my account with other browser (less safe than kmeleon)
Should I update? I got Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 K-Meleon/76.0
Any workaround? I dont like changes

Yes, you should.
GMX.com, mail.com and others, products by "1&1 Mail & Media Inc", rely to much on latest web standards.
