k-meleon-0.8.2-LB-0.03 will be the basis since You say that it behave well
on Yout system. I understand that it is a build heavily inspired by Jordan
which means it has full chrome.

1.) copy the k-meleon-0.8.2-LB-0.03 install back into a new folder call it work.
2.) delete in work/chrome overlayinfo folder and chrome.rdf file.
3.) copy the files googlebar.jar, mtypes.jar & aggreg8.jar into
work/chrome from 0.8.2+ install

4.) add at the end to installed-chrome.txt

content,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/aggreg8.jar!/content/
locale,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/aggreg8.jar!/locale/en-US/
skin,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/aggreg8.jar!/skin/
content,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/googlebar.jar!/content/
locale,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/googlebar.jar!/locale/en-US/googlebar/
content,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/mtypes.jar!/content/mtypes/
locale,install,url,jar:resource:/chrome/mtypes.jar!/locale/en-US/mtypes/

5.) delete work/skins folder and copy over wechselbalg skins folder (replace).
6. ) delete work/Profiles folder completely
7.) start browser to create a Profiles folder that know where it is -
and close down for next step of work

8.) open this new work/Profiles.... with file manager
9 copy there from your used wechselbalg Profiles.... accel.cfg, macros.cfg, menus.cfg and mimeTypes.rdf and Your favorite user.js.
(means replace the old ones with wechselbalgs)
10.) delete work/Profiles..... localstore.rdf.
11.) make a shaman dance that i explained it right & You understood it right
and after that start Your own Changeling/Shapeshifter.

this will work when as mentioned above the use browser has full chrome.
AFAIK You could add agger8 and google bar also to normal 0.8.2

The mimetypes handler does not work with every reduced chrome.
No warranty as to the serviceability of counsel and resulting product & regards.

I understood that 0.8.2-LB-0.03 is best for Your OS and PC so i explained how.

what i wanted to tell/show You - that in case You have found an exe-machine that works well on Your OS and hardware & without any fuz, You can add the macros You want in a bulk and that give You the maximum that is possible at the moment

You can combibne ready made things in an hour or two.

(making new exe, chrome, macro collection can realistically timewise
only be done by a group / but You can easily recombine ).

Jordans browsers and their derivatives just do not do applets, which i want, but otherwise they are sound exe machines. I used them for a long time for almost
everything but to go to applet places.

Sebastians improvements offer much macro functionality - if You need more - feel free to scavange wechselbalg as a whole (like i tried to explain) or in parts which is
more time consuming but possible too. in case You create Your own brand (maybe give a link for me to try too) & regards

Ulf is working on this issue in the test builds. So far the problem has been if the URL Bar is automatically given focus, it creates that flickering effect jumping focus from one layer/window to the next. If the URL Bar isn't given focus, then there's virtually no flickering. So he's trying to find a fix or at least a happy medium. The fix in the official and Jordan's build(Sebastien's brew) from the line in the OnLoad macro has proven to be problematic for some users creating a "$URL is not defined" error. So hopefully there'll be a remedy.

This is one reason for having the extra forum just in case these jokers start pulling this bull$hit now. I have received replies like this from my webpage lately. They obviously have no intention of using KM or offerring any help of any kind. If it becomes to disruptive and you need to post use my forum. It has changed abit but everything is just condensed now, all of the previous forums are still there.
