CGI-served image is AWOL

At http://milkpail.com/webguy, near the beginning of the page is an IMG tag
whose SRC points to a CGI which delivers a GIF file (prefaced by the proper
MIME header). On Netscape 4.x and IE 5.x the gif displays, while on KM 0.6
it's missing. Any ideas why? (In KM prefs I have JS on, popups unrestricted,
and of course images on)

I looked at this in K-Meleon 0.6, Moz 0.9.5, IE 6 and didn't seen any graphics missing.

It turns out that the fancy title banner was breaking on *ALL*
browsers that day. K-meleon was NOT to blame.
