So... what is it? What's it do? Aside from disabling ALT-x from us..
I guess the term "rebar" stands for "removable toolbar" which means that you can move the menu bar instead of being limited to stay at a fixed location. Please correct me if "rebar" means something else.

i always thought it was the stuff you reinforce concrete with...
it means something else. exactly what it means, I dunno; but it's those toolbars that we have in k-meleon (and ie) that you can slide around rather than drag around (like in eudora)
