Add Bookmark to Folder

I'm very impressed with how much less RAM K-Meleon 0.9 uses than Firefox 1.0, as well as the fact that two of the three extensions I use in Firefox - IE View and Plain Text Links - have similar features built into K-Meleon straight out of the box. (I'll sure miss the FoxyTunes extension, though).

One thing I haven't figured out, however, is how to add a bookmark straight into a folder. For example, in Firefox, when adding a bookmark a dialog box pops up allowing me to add the bookmark directly into a folder. In K-Meleon, as far as I can tell, I have to select "Add and Edit," and then drag the new bookmark into the folder.

Is that the only way to add a bookmark to a folder in K-Meleon, or am I missing something?

I'd also like to see this functionality in KM. Perhaps one of the developers could look at the "add bookmark here" FF extension and work on converting that function into a macro.

There is still hope that in furthur releases of km this functionality will be considered, since the bookmarks-plugin is planed to be rewritten totally.

Until this time I use an easy going way to live with the "lacking feature" which is mentioned in this thread:

not as comfortable as the FF solution, but helpful nevertheless imo.

How do I add a bookmark to a folder that I just created?
