When I installed K-meleon, I did not make it the default browser. Now I would like to do so. How can I do that?

The little program linked in the previous message worked, but the result was that two copies of K-meleon were always started up.
I finally realized that if I simply deleted the program through the Control Panel and reinstalled it, I could get the result I wanted. Simpler and faster.

hmm... i see what you mean. i was able to fix the 'double-window' behavior by manually disabling DDE for each of the file and protocol associations, but that takes away most of the convenience of using the setbrowser app. i wrote to the author just now, though, with a suggestion to perhaps add an option for this, so we'll see.
