Where in the hell does k-meleon save files after download? or does it not do it at all?
I found my downloaded files in C:\TEMP.

Get a download manager like Download Mage (avoid spyware Go!Zilla Free like the plague), and you'll be able to specify where you want your downloads to go.
Downloaded a file. It did not prompt me for a directory.
Okay, that's how it works. I will not use K-Meleon to download files till this gets fixed.
