How can I move the Opera hotlist to km

I'm beginning to like km more as I use it and find plug ins, so how can I move the listings in the Opera hot list to km without manually loading and copying and pasting?
Another prob that I have is, when I open a site, or try to actuate a clip and it doesn't respond, how do I know what kind of application plugin do I need to install?
