Probably everyone else but me knows, but any ways I've found that by using the
tb_cold.bmp[2] # cold image (optional) I can have no disabled buttons visible or have another button bmp (tb_cold.bmp) so in-active buttons look the way I desire instead of grayed out.
Example:
(toolbars.cfg)
Back {
ID_NAV_BACK
tool2.bmp[0]
tool1.bmp[0]
tb_cold.bmp[0]

That's the whole point of skinning, that you can make it how you want it. It doesn't mean that those buttons still work, they just look cooler.

now, if there were only a way to toggle the state of toolbar bitmaps to show the state of macros that toggle javascript, cookies, etc... that would be more useful than buttons, to me.
