I have been using KM for about 4 months now, here at home and at work.
The only time I need to fire up IE is to visit a 'broken' site (there are loads that don't work unless you specific the browser announcement as 'MSIE') - maybe 3 times a month.

You can just tell K-Meleon to claim that it is IE... sometimes that works!
