first, you need to COMPLETELY exit k-meleon, which means File>Exit... not File>Close or the little 'x' button in the corner. after doing that, you need to open the prefs.js file in your profile directory, which will be something like k-meleon\profiles\default\<random string>.slt\prefs.js, in notepad or another text editor, and delete all the lines that have 'MRU' and a URL in them, except this one:

user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs", 16);

you can change the 16 in that one to be any number you want, and if you don't want k-meleon to store and URLs in the list, change it to 0 (zero).

hope that helps. it should be easier in the next release, i hope.
