is there a way to change the windows title to something else besides K-meleon ....and get rid of the little dinosaur or lizard head thats in front of it ?
Linkexe's Window Hacker can change the title of any window. Does a lot of other useful things too. For changing the icon, you might try ResHacker. AxIcons is even better, but it's naggy shareware. Cheap, though, and if you're into icons it's great. I hacked some Windows icons with it.

Don't torture the poor little proggy too much now, be nice. And be sure you keep a backup.
thought there might be a easier way than that ....like internet explorer you can just go into regedit and create a new string and title it whatever u want...dont really wont to download more crap just to do that thanks anyway.....im stilll searching
to change the icons and the little liz check resources and you will find somethings there like downloads to replace the liz and just go to kmeleon folder and then put the new one over the old one

Resource Hacker can't really be described as crap... it's actually a handy thing to have around for various reasons, and it will take care of what you're talking about very nicely... you might wanna at least check it out.
