Sometimes The Proxomitron blocks the normal loading of a page. But when I bypass it and reload the page, it is taken from the K-Meleon cache. To get the full page I first have to clear the cache. Any ideas what is wrong?
I've encountered similar problems on certain message boards (with KM, Mozilla and IE) and sent in a report to bugzilla. They took a look at it, checked it and said that the problem is server-sided (not sending the proper refresh signal on reload).
