If you use the K-Meleon loader, I'd recommend disabling it. I had quite a few problems with multiple accounts on my WinXP system and the loader.
You have to create separate profiles for each user account and set up shortcuts so that each user gets their own personal version of K-Meleon.
Here is one way of doing it:

@michael
Go to (Edit > Preferences) and it should be right there. Just type in the URL to the page you'd like it to be set to.

You can also do it by going to the page you want, then right clicking the home button and choose "set as home".

You can easily have multiple profiles available for easy access. Just create a shortcut for each profile, right click the shortcut and choose properties, then where it says something like "c:\program files\k-meleon\k-meleon.exe", add -p PROFILENAME after it (where PROFILENAME exactly matches the name of the appropriate profile). For example, create a shortcut to KM, rename it to "bobs KM", then go to properties and set it to "c:\program files\k-meleon\k-meleon.exe" -p bobs-profile Then create another one, name it "sues KM", go to properties and set it to "c:\program files\k-meleon\k-meleon.exe" -p sues-profile, etc, etc for as many users as you want. (Make sure to create the profiles first. This can be done from the manage profiles option. The exact location of the option varies with some versions of KM, but it should be under either file, edit, or tools.)
