What shockwave plugin will work with k-meleon

************ Instructions for installing Macromedia's Shockwave Player 8.5.1 Pluggin into the Kmeleon Broswser ************

1) Download the file "shockwaveinstaller.exe" from the Macromedia Website (make for sure it's the "Netscape" version, I found it here: http://sdc.shockwave.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=Shockwave&P2_Platform=Win32&P3_Browser_Version=NetscapePre4).

2) Before installing Macromedia's Shockwave Player 8.5.1 exit Kmeleon but stay connected to the Internet.

3) Find and rename the file "k-meleon.exe" in the "Kmeleon" subdirectory to "netscape.exe".

4) Begin the installation process.

5) When the installation askes for the location of the Netscape Pluggins Folder, direct it to the Kmeleon Pluggins Folder in the "Kmeleon" subdirectory (the "pluggins" folder not the "kpluggins" folder).

6) The installation should finish and then it will invoke Kmeleon (thinking it's Netscape) accessing the Internet to complete the installation process.

7) After the Shockwave Player is installed remember to exit Kmeleon and then find and rename file "netscape.exe" back to "k-meleon.exe".

8) **** Finished ****
