maybe i can help you, but I don't know 'keirio' ? It's a firewall?¿
K-meleon settings for a win-version of proxomitron should be like that:
Insert in K-Meleon under ->Edit/Preferences/Proxy -> 127.0.0.1 portnumber 8080
Then open this port in your firewall for outbound-connections.
Thats it I guess.....hope it helps.
