Delete "_cache_xxx_" files?

_cache_001_
_cache_002_
_cache_003_
_cache_map_

When clearing the disk cache these 4 files always remain in the Cache folder. Can these be manually deleted afterwards?

Any particular reason why these aren't deleted by K-M? ... Or why worry?!?

i don't use the disk cache, so i don't have much familiarity with how it works, but i suspect these files form a basis for the cache function... _CACHE_0001_ seems to contain a bunch of header information, so if you're obsessed with privacy or something, you could try deleting them, and see if they 'grow back'... otherwise i would probably leave 'em.

_cache_xxx_" files:

Oh yeah, they 'grow back'! So there is no problem with deleting them.
