Can anyone tell me how -- if it's possible -- to change the default color of the client area? By that I mean the background color that's visible while K-Meleon is loading pages. It's white by default & I hate that.
try setting this pref:
user_pref("browser.display.use_system_colors", true);

no problem... if you're curious, you can sift through the .../K-meleon/defaults/pref/all.js file for some other interesting things, not all of which work in k-meleon... but many do.
