Geoff,

As soon as we have 2 Mozilla-related bugs fixed. Currently, downloading and SSL sites are broken in the beta builds. We are not going to release until those two items are fixed. While we are waiting on Mozilla corrected, we are continuing to squash other bugs, clean up the interface and improve the Bookmarks and Favorites plugins.

Actually Andrew, has there been any update on the status of those often mentioned embed version bugs?

Al,

One bug that was spun off the downloading bug was fixed. However, it does not appear to have fixed the overall downloading bug. I did touch base in Bugzilla on those bugs. I'm hoping now that Mozilla 1.0 is out, the developers can give those 2 bugs some more attention.

Andrew, is it possible for you to make a build based on 1.0 available? Thanks.

Vincent,

The last beta released on the developers list was built with the 1.0 code. However, both downloading and SSL were broken in the beta and we don't consider it ready for general use.
