Can you set the Start Page to point to another site?

Run a hex editor on the executable looking for either the "kmeleon.org" string or the IP address in HEX and hand edit it. Don't @!#$ it up, either, or you are SOL.

Try searching the registry for kmeleon.org There's a Start Page key in the settings area. I'm not messing about with it thoughsmiling smiley. Try it at your own risk.

It works, yes. If you want to have Kmeleon loaded a bit faster then set the

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\K-Meleon\K-Meleon\Settings\StartPage

key
to 'about:blank'.

Cool. That works like a charm.

I'll try and see what else I can do by mucking about with regedit.

What do those of us who don't know how to do these sophisticated things do to change the home page?

Plain and simple: You wait for the next versionsmiling smiley

Seriously it's not that hard, to edit the system registry go to Start(button) | Run and then type regedit
