.- Will the next k-meleon use tabs?

I like the ones that appear at:
Preferences > Configs
It has the scrollbars always visible. I believe the scrollbars should be always visible; may be add that option.

In the menubar, I believe the 'toobars' submenu in 'view' should be just 'bars'


.- Is k-meleon going to has a sidebar?
