i don't think there is.

If you want to use just gecko engine without cumbersome chrome then try alternatives out there - Scope, Networker, CrazyBrowser etc which will happily use registered gecko engine. Scope, if i remember correctly, was some 300-400kB download or so.

However, those browsers may not necessarily be faster than KM (in fact, they are not).
