Is there at way to make a Bookmarks Properties menu
when Right Clicking with the mouse while holding the curser
over a Bookmark in the Bookmarks Toolbar?

Like this example in Firefox:

It would be nice to be able to change the Bookmarks Properties
without having to use the Bookmarks Manager. :-)

And is it possible to arrange the Bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar
without opening the Bookmarks Manager?
