Anyway to view it or clear it?

The History of visited URLs is contained within your prefs.js file. You can open the prefs.js file within a text editor (like notepad for instance), then look for the section that starts with: user_pref("kmeleon.MRU...,
Just simply edit out the ones you don't want to keep.

If you don't want K-Meleon retaining any visited URLs, then edit the section in your prefs.js file thusly: user_pref("kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs", 0);
