how to change the XUL error page?

how do i change the *ugly* kmeleon XUL error page that gets shown when i like cant be found? im fed up of seeing it on every page as my hosts file blocks the ads

There's a preference that enables that. The alternative is pop-up dialog boxes. Which do you hate the least?
