I know there must be a way to change default colors in things like "visited links" and the like, but can't seem to locate it in the various faqs, resources, and the "work-in-progress" manual.
Tks,

This works fine except once you visit a link it will always stay red even after closing the browser and clearing cache. How to you clear the visited links after closing the browser so you can start fresh each time?

Hi Don
It could be that you need to clear/edit your cookie file:
Edit > Preferences > Privacy > Edit Cookies
your cookie file opens and then just highlight from the first character of the first cookie down and delete OR just delete the line(s) that has the cookie for page and or site your trying to fiddle with.
Hope this helps

You have to delete "history.dat" from:
C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\Profiles\default\xxxxxxxxx.slt\
