O.K., I've loaded up Km 1.1alpha. The first thing I see is the K-Meleons Forum Search in the Help Menu seems to be written for the old forum software, not the new. Search does not work.

trouble in java??
in 1.02 java scripts work excelent, but now dont work...
examples - www.mmn.ru - dont work comment add (just wait and no else...)
and deviantart.com - when I try to see picture in full format I just see reloading page and thumb of picture...
(also reported in bugs)

I have problems with a lot of sites.

Gmail.com (won't open the mail, can enter the welcom screen)
Google.com/ig (won't open all the rss feeds all the time, mostimes half is missing)
youtube.com (video won't start)
google video (page loads blank)

If I find more I will tell, but I think it has to do with the javascript bug reported earlier.

I hope K-Meleon 1.1 final release is better than SM 1.1. Even though they have the same GRE, I look for K-M to be an improvement.

What's wrong with SeaMonkey 1.1? The mailnews backend isn't completely stable, but the browser part is solid.

Good question and one I don't have an answer to. I know that you can use your old macros with KM 1.1a, simply by copying them over to the program's profile folder. Don't know about the rest of it yet. The new macro system is not something I'm conversant with and how exactly it works if you want to upgrade it directly with old macro functions.

Stupid me, didn't think of the usual "solve problems with firefox way"! I made a new profile and all the problems are gone, so where my settings :'(

La version est entièrement francisée, mais nous sommes encore en béta, et la francisation en cours porte sur la 1.1a3c, et non 1.1a2.

Il va donc falloir attendre un peu, d'autant que nous sommes en train d'apporter quelques modifs afin de pouvoir pouvoir choisir la langue.
