Is K-Meleon the only browser that offers Customized user agent strings? I don't see it offered as a user defined adjustable function on other browsers.

No, AFAIK all Mozilla GRE based browsers have it - it is only very accessible here.
With FFox or SMonk You would probably have to set it by hand in prefs.js or user.js.
I do not know whether the Japanese MFC embed browsers (e. g. Bagel) offer it
(i do not read that language), but You cam also set by hand like above.
Opera used to have the feature, or still has it - but keeps Opera in string.
Swift and the IE shells do not have it. I do not know about the few other browser with other engine.
Afterthought - there is a FFox extension for spoofing other name/browser string.
prefs.js or user.js = not that io am not sure but You have the choice between them.
