C'(h)mooon, 155px are to small.

Or is it not possible for end-users to change it without any knowledge?

You mean, when you hover with the mouse over the history window's borders you don't get that little double-arrow? I can draw the window with that arrow to any size. New size will only be saved when you exit the window with click on "OK", and not on one of the other buttons.

Nestea:

An alternate method, to "change the history list's height" is:

1. In the URL bar, enter: about:config
2. In the area next to Filter, enter: kmeleon.plugins.history.dialog.height
3. Using mouse, right click on line . . . choose Modify and enter a value . . . for instance, 500, or, 600 . . . this will be the number of pixels for the 'height' of the the dialog box
4. Restart K-Meleon and notice your changes.

I hope this helps, please be sure to let me / us know.

Well that would be the width of the url toolbar.

sliderule
well, no. I had not had this entry but the height it changes is the one from the history window (ctrl+h). As the name reveals: kmeleon.plugins.history.dialog.height.
It does not matter, thanks anyway. Any other suggestions? Pliss

Here the snap of what I am talking about:

Hi Nestea, try with this:

1. In the URL bar, enter: about:config
2. In the area next to Filter, enter: kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs
3. Using mouse, right click on line and select Modify. Change actual value (16) for a new value. This will be the number of webs remember in history of URL bar.
4. Restart K-Meleon and notice your changes.

But this isn't that you like, you like change the height of URL bar history. Area showed at URL bar history, only 155 pixels by default. I don´t know how change this property of this combobox.

If i found this i post here for you.

Bye.

bueno no pasa nada.
Este valor es sólo para aumentar el "cache" de la historia. A parte de que ya he cambiado este valor lo tuve que cambiar fuera del k-meleon porque no lo guardaba cuando lo hacía por about:config.

cooombobox thaat's it. I have forgotten the proper expression.

Yeah I suppose it is 155px by default, at least this is the size my combobox has.
Although it is not that necessary it is just annoying if I know there is something but I cannot see it.

thanks for now.

Just noticed that there's a hidden pref to set the hight of the url bar's drop-down list. Navigate to about:config and create a new integer preference named "kmeleon.urlbar.dropdown_lines". The default value is 10. Simply set it to a higher value. (You may have to restart km)

Thanks kko
I found that if I set the interger value to 17 and leave number of urls to show at 16 I can see all without a scrollbar. How did you ever find a "hidden pref"?
