lockpref()

Hi people!

I'm working (as always, never stop) in KiosK Mode for K-Meleon 1.02.
But I found that K-Meleon not recognizes in config files as pref.js, user.js or all.js lines as:
lockpref("browser.history_expire_days", 0);
lockpref("kmeleon.MRU.maxURLs", 0);

I tried with lockpref(), lock_pref(), locked(), lock(), and all variations without any results. This actions might prevented that pref value can be changed by users. In about:config this preferences might be showed as "locked" in status colum, but only it is showed as "default" or "user define", with this status user can change it.

More info about lockpref() in this Mozilla webs:

developer.mozilla.org
kb.mozillazine.org

Any idea? Thanks.

Not about lockpref - but if You write the prefs that You do not want to have changed
permanently into user.js. They will always return to that value on restart.

thx for reading my post
