Native K-meleon in Linux

Hi ya' all,

Admittedly, I love using k-meleon and use it heavily in my windows machine yet is there a possibility of it being ported to linux wherein it'd run as a native linux app without using WINE? I read a while back that K-meleon's looking for developers for it to be ported to linux, how and what's needed to get in?

Regards,
Mhykgyver

Using with wine is possible by using Fred's build.
